YYESF distributes your donations to the project, However, in order for your donation to qualify as a deductible donation for tax purposes you must relinquish the ownership and custody of your donation to us for use at our discretion, and you will have no legal recourse in the event that you or your recipient believe charitable desires are not being fulfilled.

The legal jurisdiction of this web site is the United States of America, Maryland, and any filing, or proceeding shall be instituted in that jurisdiction. You and YYESF agree to submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Maryland and agree that venue is exclusive in these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
